Independent Sales Agent on Commission Basis Germany, Austria and Switzerland – Equestrian & Outdoor

HORKA International B.V. is a Dutch family-owned company with 70 years of experience in the equestrian and outdoor industry. Since 1956, we have been developing and supplying products for horses, riders and outdoor enthusiasts.

With our brands HORKA, Red Horse and EQPRO, we offer a broad and commercial product range: from accessible products for young riders to functional basics, seasonal collections and high-quality items for the active rider. In addition, we develop practical outdoor products for use around the stable, yard and outdoor life.

To strengthen our international market position, we are looking for independent Sales Agents on a commission basis for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Within an agreed sales territory, you will represent HORKA and actively work on commercial growth in your market.

Your responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
• Presenting and selling our brands, collections and core assortment
• Visiting and supporting stores and other business customers within your sales territory
• Identifying market developments, customer needs and commercial opportunities
• Participating in trade fairs and events where relevant

Your profile

• Experience in sales, preferably within the equestrian, outdoor or related industry
• A relevant industry network is a plus
• Affinity with equestrian and/or outdoor products
• Knowledge of the local market within your sales territory
• Good command of the local language and English
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
